Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, cornstarch, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and toffee bits if using.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
