- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

- Extra caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- Assemble & Chill: Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust. Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger pieces on top and drizzle with extra caramel sauce. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) for best texture.
