- 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded or grilled chicken
- 1/4 cup cooked beef or turkey bacon (2–3 slices)
- 1 tablespoon low-carb ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon finely sliced green onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place mozzarella slices on the baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes, until melted and slightly golden around the edges.
- Remove the cheese from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then, top each slice with chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions.
- Carefully roll each cheese slice into a log while warm. Let them set for a few minutes to hold their shape.
- Serve warm or chill for a firmer texture. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed pork rinds on top before rolling. Customize with different cheeses or toppings!
