  • 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded or grilled chicken
  • 1/4 cup cooked beef or turkey bacon (23 slices)
  • 1 tablespoon low-carb ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon finely sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place mozzarella slices on the baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes, until melted and slightly golden around the edges.
  3. Remove the cheese from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then, top each slice with chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions.
