Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Base:
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add softened butter and milk, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
  5. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the dough. Roll it up tightly and slice into small rounds. Arrange the slices to cover the bottom of the pan, pressing them together to form a base.
  6. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
  7. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, beating until creamy.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cinnamon roll base in the pan.
