Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)
  • Powdered sugar (for topping)
  • Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cut each cinnamon roll into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, coating evenly.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the coated cinnamon roll pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
  7. Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.

Notes

For extra crunch, cook the bites in an air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
