- 2 large eggs

- Powdered sugar (for topping)
- Maple syrup (for serving)
Instructions
- Cut each cinnamon roll into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, coating evenly.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the coated cinnamon roll pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
Notes
For extra crunch, cook the bites in an air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
