A rich and creamy Cajun beef Alfredo packed with bold flavors, tender steak, and a luscious Parmesan sauce!

- For the Pasta & Sauce:
- 1 lb beef steak (ribeye or sirloin), sliced into strips
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook the steak strips until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Cajun seasoning.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and steak to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra spice, sprinkle with red pepper flakes or add more Cajun seasoning to taste!
