Description

A rich and creamy Cajun beef Alfredo packed with bold flavors, tender steak, and a luscious Parmesan sauce!


Ingredients

  • For the Pasta & Sauce:
  • 1 lb beef steak (ribeye or sirloin), sliced into strips
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook the steak strips until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Cajun seasoning.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta and steak to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra spice, sprinkle with red pepper flakes or add more Cajun seasoning to taste!
