Description

A rich and creamy garlic mushroom and Beef bacon pasta that’s packed with flavor and perfect for a comforting meal!


Ingredients

  • For the Pasta & Sauce:
  • 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
  • 6 slices Beef bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (if needed)
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (button, cremini, or portobello)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add olive oil if needed.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and crispy bacon.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
