A rich and creamy garlic mushroom and Beef bacon pasta that’s packed with flavor and perfect for a comforting meal!

- For the Pasta & Sauce:
- 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 6 slices Beef bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (if needed)
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (button, cremini, or portobello)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add olive oil if needed.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and crispy bacon.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
