- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes but watch closely to prevent burning.
