Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes but watch closely to prevent burning.
