A creamy, tangy, and flavorful deviled egg pasta salad that’s the perfect side dish for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked & cooled
- 1¼ cups mayonnaise
- 2½ tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ¾ tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for garnish)
- ½ cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 medium stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
- Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and smoked paprika.
- Add the cooked pasta, chopped eggs, red onion, celery, and green onion to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
- Garnish with extra smoked paprika and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, mash 2 of the eggs into the dressing before mixing!
