Our Hawaiian Macaroni Salad is simple, delicious, and always a hit.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni noodles
- 1⅛ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup finely chopped celery
- ¼ cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni, shredded carrots, celery, and diced onions to the dressing and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a splash of milk before serving.
