Ingredients

  • 1⅛ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add cooked macaroni, shredded carrots, celery, and diced onions to the dressing and mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
