Instructions
- Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained pineapple, green onions, green pepper, seasoning salt, lemon pepper, and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
- Shape the cheeseball: Mix thoroughly and shape into a ball.
- Coat with pecans: Roll the cheeseball in the remaining chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Chill: Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve: Place on a serving platter and serve with assorted crackers.
