  • 1 tin condensed milk

  • Two chocolates of your choice, crushed (optional)
  • More lemon zest for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form a firm crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep the mixture light and airy.
  5. Pour the lemon filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with crushed chocolate or extra lemon zest if desired.
