- 4 cups mashed potatoes (fresh or leftover)
- 1 ½ cups brown gravy (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the Goodness: Spread mashed potatoes evenly in the dish. Arrange cooked meatballs on top. Pour brown gravy over everything.
- Cheese it Up! Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the dish.
- Bake to Perfection: Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
