Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen or homemade meatballs (cooked)
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes (fresh or leftover)
  • 1 ½ cups brown gravy (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the Goodness: Spread mashed potatoes evenly in the dish. Arrange cooked meatballs on top. Pour brown gravy over everything.
  3. Cheese it Up! Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the dish.
  4. Bake to Perfection: Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Sprinkle with chopped parsley (optional) and serve hot!

Notes
