  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)

  • 8 slices turkey bacon or beef bacon (pork-free alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
  2. Create Cheese Filling: In a bowl, whisk together mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Stuff the Chicken: Cut a 2–3 inch pocket into each breast. Spoon in cheese mixture, leaving space to seal. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Wrap (Optional): Wrap each breast in turkey or beef bacon for added flavor.
  5. Sear to Seal: Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
