Ingredients

  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ lb cottage cheese (equals 1 cup)
  • ½ cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1 pkg spaghetti (16 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.
  6. Layer half of the cooked spaghetti in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti.
  8. Top with the remaining spaghetti, followed by the beef and sauce mixture.
  9. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes to the sauce.
