- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ lb cottage cheese (equals 1 cup)
- ½ cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 pkg spaghetti (16 oz)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Layer half of the cooked spaghetti in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti.
- Top with the remaining spaghetti, followed by the beef and sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes to the sauce.
