Description
This One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta is a dreamy, flavor-packed dinner! With tender beef, garlic butter, and a creamy Parmesan sauce, it’s a weeknight lifesaver with minimal cleanup!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the garlic and onion, cooking until fragrant and softened, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the pasta to the skillet, ensuring it’s submerged in the liquid. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente (about 10-12 minutes).
- Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the Parmesan cheese and cooked beef. Continue stirring until the sauce is creamy and coats the pasta evenly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra richness, add a splash of white wine while cooking the garlic. Swap ground beef for ground turkey or sausage for a different twist!
