- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine evaporated milk, sugar, and salt. Stir continuously and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and stir in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pecans, making sure they are evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8-inch pan and spread it evenly.
- Let the fudge cool at room temperature until firm. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For extra richness, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before setting. Store in an airtight container for up to a week!
