Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine evaporated milk, sugar, and salt. Stir continuously and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce heat and stir in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans, making sure they are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8-inch pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Let the fudge cool at room temperature until firm. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For extra richness, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before setting. Store in an airtight container for up to a week!
