Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

- Roll each ball in additional shredded coconut for a finished look.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
