- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- In the same skillet, scramble eggs until just set.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry pan for a few seconds on each side.
- Divide the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese evenly among the tortillas.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
