- Dip each boudin ball into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, and finally roll them in the crushed Hot Cheetos.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the boudin balls in batches for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
