Ingredients

  • 1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  7. In another bowl, mix the crushed strawberries with lemon juice.
  8. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the top.
  10. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  11. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
