A sweet and easy-to-make Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake that’s perfect for any occasion!

- 1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- In another bowl, mix the crushed strawberries with lemon juice.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
