Instructions

  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom.
  4. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and yogurt until smooth.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Layer the Batter: Spread half of the batter into the pan.
  7. Add Apple Slices: Layer half of the apple slices over the batter.
  8. Top with Remaining Batter: Spread the remaining batter evenly over the apples.
