- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs or drumsticks with sea salt and black pepper. Let the seasoned chicken sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together apple cider vinegar, tallow, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken skin-side down on indirect heat for 10-15 minutes.
