- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup chocolate chips, melted
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Pour caramel sauce over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in half of the chopped pecans.
- Spread whipped cream mixture over the caramel layer.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
Notes
For an extra crunch, toast the pecans before adding them to the pie.
