Description

Don’t lose this rich, nutty caramel delight! A decadent no-bake caramel pie layered with chocolate, pecans, and a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup chocolate chips, melted
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour caramel sauce over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold in half of the chopped pecans.
  6. Spread whipped cream mixture over the caramel layer.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.

Notes

For an extra crunch, toast the pecans before adding them to the pie.
